Return Policy

Audio DAWG is a specialized pro audio reseller. We have served countless satisfied customers over the years and we will be happy to help you with your specific needs – just ask! Superb customer service is our goal and we want you to be thrilled about your purchase.

However, as not all items can be returned, please call us prior to placing your order if you are unsure if the item will serve your needs appropriately.

Audio DAWg offers a 14-day return policy for store credit from the time that you receive the item/s. No refunds. Please see our Return Guidelines for details of our return policy. In the event you do wish to return an item, store credit -- less shipping costs and applicable taxes -- may be possible, based upon our Return Guidelines.

You are responsible for shipping your returned item back to us and you must provide proof that your return shipment is fully insured. Any returned item is your responsibility until it safely reaches us.

Note the following Audio DAWg Return Guidelines:

All Returns require a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Please contact us directly for this RA Number. No products will be accepted for return without our RA Number.

No returns on Special Order items.

If you receive a product that was damaged in transit, immediately contact the shipper and Audio DAWg to resolve the issue so that we may secure a replacement unit for you.

If you receive a defective product, immediately contact the manufacturer and AudioDAWg to resolve the issue. If a product may be defective, we may require that the item be shipped to us for inspection. If it is defective, we will replace it. Shipping costs would be credited back to you. If the item is not defective, all additional shipping remains your responsibility.

If you ordered an item and have changed your mind after the product shipped, please do not open the factory box. Contact us for an RA Number immediately. Audio DAWg will provide you with store credit, less shipping costs, which may be used toward the purchase of any other item/s available from Audio DAWg. It is your responsibility to fully insure your return shipment and in the supplied shipping box.

Software, plugins, electronic downloads, training DVD’s, microphones, wind screens/Pop filters, hard disk drives, computers, custom cases, and special order items are non returnable. All sales are final on these items.
If a product shows signs of abuse or has been damaged or otherwise altered by the end user, no return or exchange will be allowed.

When an RA Number is issued for any open box item, all contents, original packaging, cables, manuals, discs, packing material, etc., must be included; and the item must be in new working condition. Otherwise, there will be a minimum 30% restocking fee.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved may be litigated only in Dallas County, Texas.
